1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service and Purchase ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Patron", "Customer", or "User") and VELORA Inc. ("VELORA", "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing our website, opening an account, or placing an order through our storefront, you explicitly represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

If you do not unconditionally accept these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue use of this site and refrain from completing any purchases.

2. User Eligibility & Account Obligations

To place an order or create a VIP Patron profile, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You certify that all registration details, billing addresses, contact phone numbers, and payment information submitted are true, accurate, and up to date.

By placing an order on VELORA, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following fulfillment parameters:

Fulfillment Origin: Items are prepared, inspected, and dispatched directly from our verified partner manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers worldwide.
Order Processing & Quality Control: Orders require 1 to 3 business days for quality assurance, serial number logging, and protective packaging prior to carrier handover.
Realistic Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery usually takes between 7 to 14 business days (1–2 weeks). Shipments to international, rural, or remote destinations, or consignments experiencing routine customs processing, may take up to 3 weeks (14 to 21 business days).
Door-to-Door Carrier Tracking: Every shipment is assigned a live, verifiable carrier tracking code (dispatched via automated email within 48–72 hours of order processing).
Delivery Commitment: If your package is confirmed lost in transit or fails to deliver within 25 business days, VELORA guarantees a 100% full refund or free replacement dispatch at no cost.

4. Pricing, Currency & Catalog Accuracy

All prices on the website are quoted in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices, update catalog specifications, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Promotional coupon codes (such as VAULT25 or VELORA20) must be applied prior to finalizing checkout.

While we make reasonable efforts to display true-to-life photography, dimensions, and specifications, minor color hue variations may occur due to individual device display calibrations.

5. Order Placement, Acceptance & Cancellation Window

The issuance of an automated order receipt email confirms receipt of your order request, but does not signify acceptance. VELORA reserves the right to decline, modify, or cancel orders due to suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or fulfillment embargoes. If an order is cancelled by us, a 100% refund is immediately reversed to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation Grace Period: You may cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placement prior to warehouse packing and dispatch by emailing support@velora.store. Once tracking is generated and the package has been handed to the carrier, the order is in transit and must follow our standard 14-day return procedure upon delivery.

6. Payment Processing & 256-Bit Cryptographic Security

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processors over encrypted TLS 1.3 channels. You warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method utilized.

7. Returns, Exchanges & 14-Day Refund Guarantee

All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our dedicated 14-Day Return & Refund Policy. You may return any eligible item within 14 calendar days of confirmed carrier delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original luxury packaging with all tags attached. VELORA charges $0 restocking fees.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, graphics, logo emblems, product descriptions, interface designs, and multimedia published on VELORA are the exclusive intellectual property of VELORA Inc. or its licensors. Unauthorized scraping, copying, framing, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited and subject to civil and criminal liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated in our 1-Year Limited Defect Warranty, VELORA disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VELORA Inc., its officers, directors, and fulfillment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. In all events, VELORA's aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for the specific item giving rise to the dispute.

10. Governing Law & Binding Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation with our legal team, and if unresolved, submitted to binding confidential arbitration under JAMS rules.
